Gregory Benford, a physics professor at UCI, is a former SF fan turned author known for his novels, Deeper Than The Darkness, Tides of Light, Heart of the Comet (with David Brin), and recent addition to Asimov's Foundation series, Foundation's Fear. He is considered one of the Killer B's of hard science fiction, along with Greg Bear and David Brin. |
