Her first story was published by Analog in 1989, despite the advice of a certain high school teacher. Now with four novels: The Meri, Taminy, The Crystal Rose, and The Spirit Gate, she still enjoys mentoring new writers, performs filk music with husband Jeff, and is the mother of Alex and Kristine. |
