Apparently, the company that offered us the credit card service listed the incorrect company name on individual bills.  In other words, we got the money from the credit card, but people will think that it is an erroneous charge on their credit card bill because it will be listed under the company name of California Flight Academy.

If you receive a bill with this listing on their credit card bill, please be reassured that it was a mistake and that the money went to the convention as it was supposed to.
